Allen Yueh Wen Tsai is an immigration attorney who is passionate about helping everyday members of the foreign nationals to obtain their status in the US. Mr. Tsai exclusively represents individual and corporate clients in nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions filed on behalf of foreign national employees and advises corporate clients in matters of I-9 compliance and audits. Representative cases he files on behalf of corporate and individual clients include EB5, E2, H-1B, TN, E, H-3, B-1, L-1, O, and P visa classifications.
Mr. Tsai earned his B.A. in Political Science from York University, Ontario, Canada and graduated as a Top 15% student. He also earned his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law. While he was in Chapman law school, he worked for Los Angeles County Bar Association Immigration Project. While working there, he handled cases involving family petitions and DACA (Deferred Action Childhood Arrival). While he was in Law school, he was a student attorney for sophisticated U-visa cases for domestic violence victims. After graduated from Chapman law school, he worked for the immigration department of one of the most prestigious San Diego based law firm called, Higgs Fletcher and Mack. He had handled many complicated cases involving green card processing for foreign national employees to include employment-based immigrant petitions, such as labor certifications, multinational executives/managers, extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, and national interest waiver petitions.
With his years of working experience in the immigration field, Mr. Tsai is devoted to help more foreign nationals and families to obtain their status in the US.
